I love Kristen Stewart’s quirky style and I loved her even more when I saw her teaming a Yigal Azrouel dress with scuffy converse at the MTV Movie Awards this year. Talk about laid back chic!
Recently I have been seeing a lot of her as she promotes the second film in the Twilight Saga – New Moon and I have to say she is looking hot!
I think she looks best in a mini and killer heels so I was surprised to see her in a floor length Oscar de la Renta dress (see above) for the world premiere of New Moon, as I don’t think she looked very comfortable in it. But I was glad to see her back to flashing those pale pins last night in New York at the D&G screening of New Moon in a gorg olive pleated dress. (see above)
Her style is defiantly going to be a talking point as Twilight Fever continues to grow and I hope she won’t succumb to following the fashion crowd. Don’t loose your edge KS!

Chanel models gleefully skipped around a barn adorned catwalk during Paris Fashion Week SS10 in twee frilly blouses, tattered mini skirts, pink lace and stacked wooden pearl embellished clogs!
Yep those stiff uncomfortable looking creations you might pick up on a trip to Austria are going to be a key footwear trend next summer.
But there is definitely nothing wooden about the Chanel clog with their pretty ribbon, pearl and camellia adornments, Mr Lagerfeld has made the clog possibly the chicest item of summer 2010.

Grey marl sweatshirt is currently having a huge moment and can create an edgy daytime look or tone down a dressed up outfit.
Marc Jacobs set it all off with his AW09 collection. His 80's inspired sculptured shoulders and belted waist sweatshirts showed how to work grey marl at the disco, pairing it with a metallic skirt to create a look you could easily wear to a party.
Whereas Isabel Marant showed us how to wear it to work, teaming an understated grey sweatshirt with a tiered silk skirt, this look is the eptiome of laid back chic.
So when I saw H&M had this perfect grey marl sweatshirt for just £9.99 I snapped it up. I found it in the men's section so I made sure I got a small size so it was more fitted, as the look wouldnt work it the sweatshirt was too oversize.
Its such a versatile piece to have as it can be dressed up or down and can be worn bare without accessories or perfect with a statement necklace.

Black shorts and suede thigh high boots, shinny leggings and grey peep toe boots and with green wool harem pants.

So I worked backstage at Christopher Kane today and it was amazing!!His clothes are so beautiful and interesting at the same time.
He started the show with blue gingham printed dresses and skirts which were full of kitch glamour but the most amazing dresses were the bead embellished chiffon silk dresses in pastel pink and yellow with sheer nude panels and perfectly pleated skirts. The models all looked so elegant with the pleated skirts skimming their knees in the soft fabric and their hair in wispy twists.
I also loved the cute shoes that were in pastel pink and yellow and white with cylinder shaped heels and lace up fronts - which reminded me of candy.
When asked what his inspirations for the show were he said he had been watching a lot of 1980's romance movies, which is clearly seen in his clothes. I just love how he can create such feminine creations of beauty but also give clothes a hard edge when he wants to, as seen in his AW09 show.
The front row of the show was undoubtedly packed with some impressive names as Christopher gains global admiration. First to offer their opinion was Anna Wintour. She came backstage before the show to wish him luck and to let him know how beautiful she thought his dresses were. And then there was Donatella Versace and her daughter who made an appearance back stage after the show and even Joan Collins was sitting front row.
However unfortunalty I left my cameral phone in my bag so im not able to share any exclusive pics - i'll leave that to style.com - but I did manage to sneak this pic of C Kane when he was being interviewed by Susie Bubble after the show.
From what I've seen of the shows so far I think SS10 is going to be full of bubblegum pink, blue and pastel yellow and nude. See Christopher Kane, Louise Goldin and Topshop Unique.
This season I am helping uber cool Relative PR with the SS10 London shows. It is super hard work, being up from 6am and not getting home until past 8pm but the perks make up for all the sore feet (we have to wear heels) and early starts.
I have so far worked at Mary Katrantzou and Mark Fast. Admired the squiggle printed dresses and ice cream style hair (see backstage pic above). Fell in love with black leather and contemplated how to work a pointy bra into my look next season at Hannah Marshall and considered a glittery body con body suit - also with pointy Madonna style bra at Louise Goldin.
The most dramatic show had to be Julien MacDonald with imported grass and gravel and a fully working water fountain all as part of the set, with a cloud of Diptyque room fragrance hovering above. The clothes were so glamorous and chic and I loved the clean palette he kept to of black, red, beige,and white.
However the most exciting show would have to be Issa, for the sole fact I got to watch Naomi Campbell walk the catwalk. Three times!!!
I also managed to pick up the cute swan printed canvas goodie bag at Charles Anatase and the Crocodile printed goodie bag at Christopher Kane.
Some people have said that working backstage takes away the fantasy and beauty of fashion week - but I think that Fashion Week is just as magical backstage as it is watching it from the rows.
