Style Speaks Louder

As the new Sex and the City Two movie is just around the corner, its time to bust out your Blahniks and squeeze into something flirty and fun in anticipation of the return of the fabulous four. And what could be more flirty, fun and fabulous than some Sex and the City style eyelashes!

Eylure has launched four brand new lash styles inspired by the characters of the show and each reflects just what we love most about the SATC girlies.

Personally, as a bit of a Carrie girl myself, I love the stylishly cute and quirky Carrie lashes with silver star embellishments but I also love the sexy thick full Samantha lashes, that will add some typically Samantha style drama.

Miranda’s lashes are edgy with a kick flare to the edges reflecting her sassy attitude, whereas Charlotte’s are elegant and feminine just like her and will look suitably sweet.

So whether you are a Carrie girl at heart or a strong willed Miranda, be sure to get your hands on these beautiful lashes to add some essential New York glamour to create your own show stopping Sex and the City look.

They are all available exclusively at Boots from £6.45 each! Get in line now!

I've been looking for the perfect pair of boots for a while now and i think i might have just found them. Last week at the ASOS press day these biker beauties popped up and made me immediately want them. And if you are thinking that they look familiar you are right, because they are an almost exact copy of the Chloe flat studded biker boots that were very popular and very sold out last year.

Now i don't normally like a copy, they are usually poorly made and don't even compare to the real thing and believe me if I had a spare £800 lying around to buy the original Chloe boots I would have in a heartbeat, but I don't. And these ASOS boots look so good I can forgive them for their lack creativity and at £100 they are a lot nicer to my bank account and I can have them and still be able to pay the rent.

Although it still feels like I am making a bit of a fashion sin by buying them and even more of a sin by blogging about them, as no doubt they are already going to be popular enough and I just pray I don't see them on the feet of every indie kid and fashionista within the M25. But it is the credit crunch and a girl has gotta have her boots.

Now i just have to wait until they are available to buy, which will no doubt in a couple of months (sorry I don't know the exact date). I guess in the meantime I will just have to look for the perfect jeans/skirts to go with my future studded boots. ASOS if you are reading this I'm a size 7.

I am definitely a winter shoe girl. This was decided one day last week when i was overwhelmed by the amount of winter boots i saw and fell in love with. I prefer a good flat boot over a strappy sandal any-day and I'm a sucker for anything suede, leather, fringed or lace-up-able, this season will most certainly see my winter shoe collection grow to staggering heights.

I have a winter boot list currently growing, taking over my Christmas wish list. Thankfully my birthday is also in December, which makes sense as this love of winter wear must have been growing since birth and may be entirely due to living in Germany, dressed in cute snow boots as a child.

At the top of my list are the most lovable black fringe/tassel suede boots from Zara. I saw them on a PR type woman and had to ask where they were from fully thinking they were going to be out of my price range. They are very on trend for winter and have a great solid heel on them - love at first sight. (Boyfriend take note)

Then i fell for a pair of sexy military boots with laces and solid heels from All Saints (see picture). Gorgeous in leather and although they may not have any striking features they look so punk/goth and tough and just looked amazing on my feet.

Also on my eternal list of boots to buy are a pair of pale nude lace up hiker boots and some over the knee black flat boots, which i have been chasing around on ebay the hope of a bargain.

Despite being low on funds i will be fueling this dirty love affair with boots and for those people who refused to consider boots as a suitable birthday/Christmas present (on the grounds i already have too many shoes) - are you crazy!! A girl can never have too many shoes, or in my case boots, boots, boots!
